12. Can I pay for my orders with non-USD credit cards?
Answer: Your transaction will display the credit in US Dollars (USD) but you can use for payment any credit card currently supported by our system (Mastercard, Visa,etc.) issued in your local currency. The exchange rate and any other fees associated with the transaction are subject to the terms and conditions stated by your credit card issuer. We are not charging any extra fees for transactions made with credit cards issued in non-USD currencies.

Answer: A local access number is a regular phone number that you can call to get access to our network.
5. How do I call an international number?
Answer: In order to make international calls you have to add credit to your account and dial one of our access numbers. Then enter the destination number in one of these formats: 1. Calling from the USA and Canada: dial the country code and phone number.
6. Why is it more expensive to call mobile numbers in some countries?
Answer: Cellphone companies charge more for calls terminated to phone numbers belonging to their networks.
7. Will my account ever expire?
Answer: Your account and credit will never expire.
8. Are your rates the same no matter when I call?
